I test out a lot of beauty products, so when I repurchase the same item over & over again, it's a big deal (to me anyway). Also, I always seem to run out of products at the same time! Does this happen to you? This time around, it came mainly in the form of skincare, but there were also some nail care essentials that I needed to stock up on.
My skin absolutely loves this stuff. It's rich, hydrating and leaves me with well nourished looking skin in the morning. I find when I use this, my makeup applies better & I get less dry patches.
The best lip balm...ever. It's a very thick, weird consistency to get used to, but whatever is in this stuff just plain works. In fact, this product was tested in extremely cold Canadian (yay) conditions! I used to be addicted to Blistex & would apply it about 30 times a day. Since using the NUXE Reve de Miel, I only apply chapstick about twice a day because I don't feel like I need it! Miracle worker, I'll tell you!
My skin not only gets dry patches, but the rest of it is quite dehydrated. This S.O.S. Serum is one of the only things I've used that gives instant moisture back to my skin. It's a very thin, milky consistency but it packs a lot of punch! Even Aslan is hooked on this stuff!
I never used to bother with a base coat, but I find it adds a lot more lasting power and keeps a nicer finish to my nail polish. This Revlon one is my absolute favourite because it really does dry quickly!
High shine? Check. Gel-like finish? Check. No chips for about a week? Check.
This top coat is definitely worth all of the hype it gets in my opinion. I've had people ask me if I've got gel nails before, when it's just been a layer of good old Seche Vite slapped on top of my regular polish. My last bottle did get a bit gloopy about 3/4 of the way through, so I thought it was time I get a brand new bottle.
