Earlier this week I got a chance to meet with the creators of cultbeauty.co.uk
In short, it's a website featuring the best of the best beauty-wise.
Cult classics that have been tried, tested and true including quite a few brands
that aren't readily available in the UK.
I think they actually refer to it as a beauty hall of fame.
Anyway, they had a few of their products on display and for some reason this Jouer Bronzer
stood out of the crowd for me-I had to have it.
Immediately upon arrival back to my house I ordered this bronzer and when it came through my
door all of my expectations were met.
Being fair skinned bronzers aren't something I'm normally obsessing over.
The packaging had me swooning, I loved the shade and the consistency of this product is truly buttery.
Here is the back of the product.
The little grooves allow you to hook together all of your Jouer products-creating your own palette.
You could make a palette out of your bronzer, eyeshadow etc. which I think is frickin' awesome.
Unfortunately I don't own any other Jouer items to show you how it works...yet.
*Cue the angels*
As I said, the packaging had me from hello,
Cult Beauty say it's the "little black dress of your beauty wardrobe."
They really hit the nail on the head!
This product protects against UVA & B (SPF 39), is suitable for sensitive skin and
lasted the entire day on my skin.
I was concerned about the shade (I'm pretty sure it only comes in this one which is Perfect Tan).
It is a bit orange/red looking when you swatch it BUT...
...when you blend it out onto the skin (which is effortless by the way) it turns to a
"perfect tan". See what I did there? Perfect tan?
*ahem*
I know this isn't really a good photo of it, but I was wearing it the other day on the apples of my cheeks.
I just wanted to get across how natural this bronzer looks-it's like honey!
I had almost no makeup on and it just added that little something extra to my skin.
It made me look HEALTHY when in reality I was bloody exhausted.
So, now you know that I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this product.
It is rather expensive, though.
It's definitely a luxury bronzer but because it's so hard for me to find bronzers I like I think it's worth it.
So what do YOU think!?
Have you ever tried any products from Jouer?
Any bronzer suggestions for fair skin?
