My obsession with rose scented products has reached an all time high & I've managed to gather enough rosy products for the third instalment of my Rose Obsession series (see the other parts here).
Starting off with a new skincare love, let's talk about theMelvita Rose Extraordinary Water. This is kind of in between a toner and a serum. It's thicker than water and it's used to give your skin a little moisture boost. I was raving like a madwoman about the Orange Blossom water in my February Favourites video and was delighted to see the rose version. I don't find this one to be AS hydrating as the orange blossom one, but it's perfect for applying under my day cream as sometimes the orange blossom one takes a bit to sink in.

Next up is the Balance Me Rose Otto Hand Cream. I lost my original version of this hand cream and was so devastated I had to run out and get another one. Balance Me Hand Creams are INCREDIBLE and are probably my all time favourites. The scent is quite strong (like rose, lavender and patchouli) so I'd definitely recommend giving this one a sniff before you commit!

My Diptyque Roses Candleis almost going to be turned into a brush holder so I thought I'd better feature it in a post soon! Aslan's sister and mom got this for me for my birthday last year & I've been rationing it like crazy. It's such a lovely candle so I only burn it on special occasions. It's truly gorgeous and smells like real roses! (Excuse the soot!)
If you really want to splash out on a rose scented product this Rose Hair & Scalp Moisturising Masque by Aesop is just the ticket! It's thick, but not too thick and smells like a full-fledged rose garden. It's so calming and I felt it really hydrated my hair. I also love the packaging because it's not too bulky and will be easy to travel with! I still love my TRESemmé Hair Masks, but this one is truly a treat!

Vintage Rose Nail Varnish by Revlon is a new love of mine. It's such a classic rose colour and after posting a photo of it on Instagram (@essie_button) this morning a lot of you loved it too! This is one of my favourite nail polish formulas because it lasts almost a full week on me without chipping. It does wear at the tips a bit, but in my opinion it's one of the best! ![]()
Just a quick lil' mention for the Sleek Rose Gold Blush which is very similar to Orgasm by NARS. I don't like this as much as the NARS blush, but it's still nice nonetheless!

Rose scented lip balms are really lovely as well if you're a lover of rose. I bought this Smith's Rosebud Salve while in Sephora because it was in a TUBE! The sad thing is I don't think this one is as moisturising as the one in the tub, but I thought I'd mention it anyway as it is rosy!
I've also got the Aesop Rosehip Seed Lip Cream which is awesome to apply under lipsticks because it sinks in like a dream. It's a white cream, but when you rub it into your lips it goes clear and almost feels like water? It's really unique, but I have one issue with it! As soon as you twist off the black cap, the lip balm comes streaming out like no tomorrow! There's no stopping it! Maybe it's just my tube, but I've wasted so much product because of that which is never good.
That was a lottttta typing about rose! I think it's kind of one of those scents you either love or hate.
I think it's such a gorgeous classic scent which has thankfully been modernized so it's not your Grandma's rose perfume anymore!
