Honey Obsession!

After testing out some of the new Melvita Honey products, I discovered that I've got quite an obsession with the scent. You may remember my Rose Obsession posts (here) and my Peach Obsession post-two scents I absolutely adore. Judging from the photo below, you can probably tell a Honey Obsession post was in order!
Aslan's mom treated us to an amazing jar of Manuka Honey which is high in antibacterial levels and great if you have a sore throat (which I get a few times a year). Adding a bit of this to your tea is so soothing and I run to the cupboard for this the moment I'm feeling ill!

I've got tonnes of Burt's Bees products (see the BB Mystery Bag post here)& they're all really nice to use. My all time favourite is the Burt's Bees' Milk & Honey Body Lotion, but this one smells amazing too! I like these lotions because they're pretty lightweight, sink in quickly, but hydrate like no other.

My absolute FAVOURITE day cream for months has been the Melvita Moisturising Rose Nectar Day Cream, so when I saw they came out with a honey version I had hearts in my eyes! It's really similar to the Burt's Bee's lotion in that it's lightweight, but very hydrating. I think I'll stick to the rose scented day cream, but this is lovely too!
After reading up on the Melvita products, it seems as though they have created a rather innovative "synergy of 3 Organic Honeys (Thyme, Acacia & Orange Blossom)." In regular terms, it basically means that it's going to nourish and feed the skin, repair the skin's natural moisture barrier and get the blood pumpin' again! I have been loving this body scrub recently because my legs are SO dry and itchy 24-7 (TOO MUCH INFO?). It's surprisingly "scrubby" considering how small the little "scrubbers" are (you still with me?). Apparently the thing that makes it so scrubby is the organic argan nut powder (har har harrr...). The scrub almost feels like a lotion which is great for my dry skin.

Y'all know I lovvve body lotions/body butters. I've never tried a body "balm" before, but it has the same sort of texture as the Coconut Body Butter from The Body Shop which is one of my favourites. I find this sinks in really well, but it does leave a bit of a film on the skin so a little goes a long way! I usually use this after a bath!
I'm sure you've all heard of this gem of a lip balm by now, but if you haven't it's basically a really thick lip treatment for dry or chapped lips. This stuff is absolutely amazing and does an excellent job hydrating my lips overnight.

I bought this in Paris, but I think Labello/Nivea are the same brand? Here's a really cheap honey fix if you want to give it the scent a try. I don't think this is the best lip balm in the world, but damn it smells good.

I cheated a little bit on this one. The only thing about this product even remotely honey-ish is the name. This smells like MINT and is a natural, rose shade. I just couldn't help myself because I love this lip stain so much! Forgive me?

Hopefully you got your fill of honey products, but if you're up for a few more check out my friend Meg's post called Oh Honey, Honey from a few weeks ago. She mentioned a few different things than I did so in combination I think we covered a lot!

Are you honey obsessed too?
What honey-scented products have I missed?!
